Armchair Novel Review - Love You More

Love You More
a novel
by Lisa Gardner
Hardcover, 368 pages

The latest in Lisa Gardner's gripping D.D. Warren detective series, Love You More is her most personal novel to date.

Tessa Leoni, a young woman with a difficult past knows one thing: she loves her daughter. And for her daughter she dragged herself up out of her own troubles and became a state trooper. Made a life for the two of them. And eventually settled down with a man who loved Sophie almost as much as she did.

And one day Tessa Leoni found herself standing over her dead husband wondering how she let it all get away from her.

Detective D.D. Warren, finding herself humbled by her own crises, matches wits with this woman who walks the line between victim and perpetrator.

The most important thing - six year old Sophie is missing.

Was Tessa an abused woman? What is she hiding? Why did she kill her husband and where was her daughter?

The book peels away layer by layer like an onion. By the time you get halfway through there is no way you will be able to put it down until you are finished.

Gardener is a master of murder, the twists and turns in her stories will have you guessing til the end.

This is my first introduction to the Detective D.D. Warren series and I will definitely be reading more.

Great read for murder mystery fans!
